Hi there.  This is Lynn. And if you're here reading this, you might have read about my work.  This page is about the way that I approach life. And that's important, because when you are thinking of bringing someone into your business, for even a short period of time, it's important to understand not just the value proposition, but the values of this person.

In my daily life, I value human interactions and relationships. 

I will always choose the road of getting to know someone to understand their perspective . . . to stand in their shoes as best I can.

I listen. I am a good listener. In fact, sometimes I listen more than anything.  I always think we all talk too much.  I already know what I think. I want to know what you think. What you experience. What the given issue feels like to you.  Because that's at the root of solving any problem.

Finally, I thrive on not knowing, and learning.  I approach life and business from a curiosity mindset.  Because in curiosity, we can see things that we do not even know exist.
