Leadership and Influence

Lynn was forged to lead and be an influencer of leaders in the board rooms of crown corporations, credit unions and philanthropic leaders where she was invited as their trusted facilitator, communicator and planner.  She witnessed the power of what can be attained with vision, integrity, accountability, and what can be lost without it.  She has articulated and documented their vision so that others could see it too, and engaged stakeholders in creating the path to implement in award winning corporate plans and annual reports, governance documents and internal and external communication pieces.  In a competitive resourcing environment, Lynn is able to engage the support of stakeholders as an expert communicator, planner and facilitator in order to meet project outcomes.
