Lynn Armstrong

Leadership and Influence
Lynn was forged to lead and be an influencer of leaders in the board rooms of crown corporations, credit unions and philanthropic leaders where she was invited as their trusted facilitator, communicator and planner. As a corporate planner and facilitator at the executive and board table, she has witnessed the power of what can be attained with vision, integrity, accountability, and what can be lost without it. In her roles as corporate planning consultant, and policy analyst, in the credit union system and the government of Saskatchewan, she has articulated and documented their vision so that others could see it too, and engaged stakeholders in creating the path to implement in award winning corporate plans and annual reports, governance documents and internal and external communication pieces. As a senior manager, leading organizations through corporate performance management programs, managing projects, or supporting projects, where time is a valuable commodity, Lynn is able to engage the support of stakeholders as an expert communicator, planner and facilitator in order to meet project outcomes.
