From 2020 to 2026, Lynn supported Manitoba Health’s transformation initiatives as a member of the Transformation Management Office until 2024, and the Health Care Retention and Recruitment Office in 2025. Over the past six years, Lynn’s role has been centrally focused on acquisition, onboarding and analysis of data for policy and planning purposes and engaging stakeholders in the Manitoba Health Care environment appropriately. Lynn as served in various capacities as a senior business analyst, project coordinator, and project manager on multiple projects and initiatives. The following is a summary:
