Lynn provides strategic guidance, leadership coaching, and specialized expertise to senior management, helping organizations solve complex problems, improve performance, and manage change. Lynn has extensive experience in senior management with demonstrated expertise in leading and facilitating transformation projects, leveraging corporate boardroom experience in strategic direction development, corporate performance management, operational integration and implementation, business architecture analysis and design, process redesign, organizational change management, and excellence in communication and stakeholder relations.  She has extensive experience in the Canadian credit union system, as a corporate planner, where she witnessed how the winds of change alter communities and the very landscape of a way of life. In 2020, on the day the Pandemic dropped, Lynn serendipitously entered the health care sector, supporting Manitoba Health as a senior business analyst consultant toward the development of a provincial data repository to house and provide much needed data to support health human resources planning, a sector that continues to be on the forefront of importance, world wide.  Over six years at Manitoba Health, Lynn's ability to adapt to the needs of the environment was a strength as witnessed by being invited to renew year over year.
